Penny has worked for Granite for more than 10 years and provides extensive knowledge and guidance needed to take companies to the next level. Penny received a B.S. in Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Marketing from Minnesota State University.

Kyle Gustafson is the West Coast Regional Account Manager for Granite Commercial Management. He has over 8 years of sales experience and was in residential lending in his most recent position. Kyle received a B.A. in Applied Economics and Master’s Degree in International Affairs from Florida State University. He currently lives in Littleton, Colorado, and is an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys all sports including cycling, sailing, and golf.
