Prior to the loan closing and before a contractor can be accepted, GCM assesses a number of items which we feel will determine if a contractor is qualified to build your project from start to finish and deliver it free of mechanics’ liens.

In our Contractor Acceptance Review, we evaluate the contractor’s credit, collect and examine project references from previous clients, subcontractors and suppliers in addition to collecting the contractor’s license, and insurance coverage.

Throughout our National Tracking System we will also track the expiration of the contractor’s license and insurance coverage throughout the life of the project.
