As part of our support services, we provide you with a state-specific draw guide and forms package to walk you through the process. In addition, via our web-based systems, you have 24/7 online access to all project forms, inspection photos and budget details.

We know communication is the key to any successful project, which is why GCM forwards a status report with each and every draw request. As your independent third-party, we are here to work with you through any issues that may arise during the life of your project. We also maintain a dedicated customer service department available from 7am to 6pm (MST) to answer all your disbursement related questions.
